Wonderful Experience

Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in. We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots. Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience. We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again.

the best in ottawa

We have been going to Napoli's for the past 3 years. There is no better pizza in Ottawa. The cheese is fantastic, the toppings great. Don't order here if you're on a diet, even "light on the cheese" gets you twice as much cheese as from other places.

we ordered a medium two topping pizza, simple since first time order. Order took approx 40 minutes to be delivered. This is the saltiest pizza I have ever have. I think it was the hot peppers and the juice that caused it to be that way. However, since it was a first time order, they did not leave a very good first impression. So I probably will not order again.

We've been getting pizza from Napoli's for years...

We've been getting pizza from Napoli's for years, even when they were in Mechanicsville. Quality is very good, among the best in the city. Service is always friendly, they always offer a complimentary beverage if your order is not ready. Family run, what more could you ask for!

we just moved in the area, and our neighbours recommended napolis to us. It was a great choice, i have never tasted a pizza like this, and the pasta was so tastefull,fresh,with an amazing sauce. Guarranted we will be going back. This is the perfect place for great pizza and pasta.

It was our first time coming to napolis,now i know why people are always saying they make the best pizza, they really do. We were very impressed from the food and the attentive service we recieved.They are very generous with the amount of food, you will never leave hungry.
