I agree with the other reviews of very difficult to reach by phone and rude staff. I would also like to add very incompetent and unprofessional staff. Went for what I believed was a routine ultrasound. Left believing I had ovarian cancer after tech and radiologist talking about the large mass protruding from my ovary in front of me. After oncologist visit another ultrasound done by a professional their was no mass on my ovary. Weeks of believing I had cancer. This clinic is terrible.

Arrival, in take and waiting for services is poorly organized, hand drawn cards to take a number, when receptionist is absent other staff ignore number system and process people in random order, no idea how long the wait will be, no electronic board showing current number being served, I waited 1.5 hrs for a 5 min procedure. 3 days later the report is still not at my doctors office.

I went there twice. There was an excessive amount signS saying they won't tolerate harassment towards staff, which is amazing! But that got me thiking. After 5 minutes the receptionist got into an argument over the phone and when. When I was called to do my xray the other girl called my wife at the same time, but I explained she was at the washroom, she said too bad, she'll have to back back another day. WORST SERVICE, DON'T EVER GO THERE UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE GARBAGE

I guess owners of this clinic should fire all receptionists and office manager! Impossible to reach! No way to leave a message. What a waist!

Small, drab offic...

Small, drab office in the basement. One of their receptionists was exceptionally rude, even rolling her eyes at clients. It was extremely unprofessional (smaller woman with sprained wrist and short brown hair). I would not go back here and I would not recommend it.
