Assured Automotive is a subsidiary of The Boyd Group, that operates over 80 auto body/collision repair facilities located through the GTA, Southern Ontario and the Ottawa region. Our vision is Customer 1st and we believe each and every customer should be treated with respect and attention.
This business, if one calls it that, it an utter absurdity to quality and customer service. The only reason that I went with them in my recent dealings was due to my insurance company forcing me to deal with them. My vehicle was damaged due to a hail storm and these clowns assessed it as repairable (much to my amazement). Manager admitted to me that they overprice for their work and that I should go elsewhere. Could not do that and for my troubles they lost the keys to the vehicle. Clowns.
