Terrible customer service. Bought a pair of gold earrings less than two years ago. They cracked while putting them on. I could not put them on anymore delicately, but the store has told me that "is just what happens". They advised that I can buy another pair for the same price, but that is all they can do. Bad product, bad service. Unprofessional, inappropriate response. Wore them less than 30 times and they cracked?
