    I don't usually write negative reviews on businesses I just choose to not to go back and let people make up there own mind. However, in this case I felt it was necessary. I took my used Stihl chainsaw in for repairs as they are a certified Stihl dealer/repair shop. My saw is an older saw (20 years old) and was a hand me down from my father in law. The saw was bought new and has worked with zero repairs just maintenance for those 20 years (thousands of hours). I went in on Tuesday where I wa

    I was sold the wrong parts for my machine after giving them make & model. Now they refuse to refund my money or replace them. The worst customer service I've ever had at a repair shop. Will never shop here again
