Called to see if they take appointments but was immediately placed on hold as they were with a patient. They never came back on the line. Tried again 30 min. later and nobody picked up and there is no answering machine. Terrible customer service.

I believe I did not get the required protection what my family doctor explained to me during taking images. I talked to their executive director. He definitely did not care about my concerns. He suggested that I should send an email while I was on the phone with him, unserious attitude. You cannot talk to a doctor in this whole organization. Where are their doctors?
