Robert & David were wonderful. We had David come in for a walkthrough and quote on different options, on 3 different occasions, over the course of 3 years. No complaints from David about coming in each time, with efforts to keep quotes as consistent as possible throughout that time.

Extremely unreliable company: I received a quote from them for a mould removal work and agreed on a start date for the job. No one showed up without any notice to us. Called Robert (the owner) and Robert said they forgot to put our work in their system and need to reschedule. He was supposed to come back to me with a proposed new date and he never did. Very unprofessional behavior!
Booked three separate appointment to test for asbestos with them and they cancelled every time. Excuses varied from "another client is causing problems" to "I don't have the testing equipment available right now". They never provided advance notice of cancellation, instead calling minutes before the scheduled appointment to say they weren't coming. Very dis-satisfied.
