I called to ask how much it would cost to fix a tv screen, and the guy on the phone responded with a lot of attitude then hung up.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

i called to ask for a quote for my broken tv. the guy asked what the problem is so i told him.. i had question with regards in home service and drop off, their shop hours and the guy i was talking to is very rude!! and he kept on putting me on hold, and telling me to give him a sec, thats why i cant understand our conversation very much because at the middle of our convo he’ll just say “give me a sec” 5-6 times. even gave me an attitude. VERY BAD AT COMMUNICATING!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
