NEVER AGAIN
I, like most Timmies lovers, rejoiced at the thought of having a Tim's on Pinewood Park Dr, as it was right on my way to work, and occassionally I like to get a sun dried tomatoe bagel with butter for breakfast, perhaps a couple times a month. The unfortunate thing about this particular location .... they NEVER have what I order in stock, they NEVER get my order correct, they NEVER tell me until I am up at the drive thru window that my item is not available. I WASTE time stopping here on my way to work, ONLY to be told ... I am sorry we do not have any sundried tomatoe bagels today, would you like something else?? DID I ORDER SOMETHING ELSE?????? NO, I ordered what I WANTED and they NEVER have it. If you want a coffee, fine .... but don't waste your time, gas, energy or money at this location ... go to another one in North Bay. At least I haven't had issues anywhere else.
