To simply make a local phone call to my RBC branch was impossible! a nightmare. It is definitely not simple, not customer friendly. Very disappointed that a simple call is impossible. Please find a way to “simply”answer your phone
worse bank ever. Trying to get a hold of someone is impossible unless you go there and its still a battle. had to move to a different bank to mortgage my home, bank try's everything it can to bounce cheques and now its almost a month for receiving a simple bank draft to empty an account that all paperwork has been provided for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!! FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!
Certain staff members are very difficult to deal with. They do not return calls or bother to make sure their voicemail is up to date so that you know if they are actually at work or not.
