Unprofessional, rude and totally incompetent. Took $150, administration fee and did absolutely nothing. I feel taken advantage of. Had he been honest and admitted he didnt want to take on the job, I would have made other arrangements. Instead now my case is further delayed, causing me financial loss and even more stress.
