1. On arrival, lanes 13/14 were allocated for us, but close to 3pm, I was told there was a defect with these lanes and was swapped to lanes 21/22. These lakes were not cleared on time and guests had to wait for another 10 minutes for clearance of clutter/garbage etc. No apology from staff.
