Terrible/Rude Reception
My rating should be broken into 2 parts. 1. 5 stars for my physician, he is exceptional. 2. -4 stars for the office staff. It takes anywhere from 15-45 minutes for a call to be answered, voicemails are never returned. When you do reach reception the staff are rude and indifferent and not helpful at all.
