I made a reservation for a Mini Van two weeks advance for a weekend vacation with family. I received a confirmation email confirming the reservation. I received a call a day before the pick up date at 4PM saying that they don’t have any mini van available for tomorrow. All mini vans are sold out. This thrifty location is very poorly managed and very irresponsible people work there. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION.
