Owner cannot foll...
Owner cannot follow directions, nor can he have the work completed when promised, (I had an oil change done, with no wait...it shouldn't have taken over an hour and a half). My car was returned to me without closing the hood properly, and the employee slammed my car door when he exited. Horrible customer service; this location is garbage. I question their credentials and the quality of their work. ANY other shop would be better. I've never felt so completely disrespected.
