I wish they had a rating of 0. The staff there are awful, just awful. We booked an appointment for 10:30, called a few days later to confirm, were told the appointment was at 11:00 (for some reason), got there at 11:00 and were told we'd missed our 10:30 appointment. They're beyond incompetent.
1. receptionists are prompt. 2. Doctors are knowledgeable and caring. 3. no long wait time, the consultations are to the point. 4. they do follow up on your medication.
I highly recommend this Warden Wood Health Center to people who need a last minute medical care.
Me too hope there is a 0 rating. I just met the rudest doctor in my life. He is rude, careless, and racist. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
