It is not possible to put zero stars sadly. So I put an order back in Aug 2016 for a wrist band, 3 months on and I still did not receive it. Allegedly the band was dispatched by Canada Post 2 weeks ago by regular mail & I am still waiting.
How long does regular mail take ?
Also how come the order was posted 2 months after it was put in ???
More importantly no communication skills, no customer updates.
I have raised these questions and so far no reply.
