The Manotick branch of RBC is absolutely filthy! One can write a name in the dust on the computers and the desks on which they sit. Have the carpets ever been cleaned? I think not. Nobody answers the phone and the manager does not return calls or respond to emails. A male bank employee yells at clients and says he does not care if a client is disabled or his retired parents have investments with the bank. One of the tellers argues with customers and denies they have signing power on accounts .

I received very good service from the lady telly yesterday morning , Wednesday October 2. I went to my RBC branch in Manotick to draw some US$ and $CAN from my accounts. When I got to the counter I realised that I had left my debit card at home.Your Teller said do not worry I can solve that problem and asked me for ID and pin number etc and saved me a trip home to get my card. It is always nice to get good service with a smile.
