I wouldnt give this place a single star if I had the option!Staff is incredibly rude, especially the lady with the Spanish accent!My son was a patient of this clinic for over a year just because its very close to our house but I am moving him to a different doctor.I cant even book an appointment for him over the phone without being rudely interrupted and when I ask them to listen they hang up. Dr Lubel whos almost always available is simply hopeless. My child deserves better care than this zoo!

I went into the clinic for the first time, I decided to go in and try them out. Already wasn't greeted with a positive attitude by the nurses, wasn't asked for my health card or anything didn't ask why i was there didnt even ask to be seated. after waiting for a half hour, and watching everybody leaving, in walked someone who the nurses knew and put them though first.I got up and asked why they were seen before I was. and was told "i didnt see you, come again tomorrow" WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

My daughter was s...

My daughter was seen by etikson for a staph infection which he touched without gloves next to her diaper area. When my son looked over his shoulder he yelled "stop it!" . he's 3 and he was terrified and covered his ears. Then the doctor tells me it's staph and my son is singing to himself and he again yells " sit down!" . he ran into the corner terffied of him. He said " good sit in the corner " . my son is a very well behaved 3 year old. This man has no buissness working with children. I will never go back to him and my son is now talking about the mean doctor ! When I say he yelled he could be clearly heard throughout the whole office. It was completely unneeded my son responds perfectly well to normal tones and wasn't doing a thing wrong ! I hope he hasn't scared him into not liking the doctors office because he was excited to go! I'd rather go to the er!
