Incredibly rude r...
Incredibly rude reception staff!! I have never been so put off a clinic. Not at all patient centered. Such a shame... fortunately, doctors are more readily available than they used to be, so we aren't forced to deal with "poor customer service". Rudeness costs money... the managers should be aware of this situation.
