Just left Staples North. Very unhappy with the quality from the print department. This was my 3rd trip in for the same issue and the job is still wrong. I also had the pleasure of paying an additional $20 for the wrong job. They have just lost a customer.

Very poor custome...

Very poor customer service for a laptop that I bought that is still under warranty plus I have extended warranty. No real attempt to help me out, except to say they would send my laptop away for 3 weeks. I know that I could hire a teckie on my nickle, and have them resolve the issue in 30 mins. Staples/Acer clearly don't understand how to provide service in today's environment where there is no customer loyalty!!
