Poor Customer Service
I recently have had some issues with a mattress that I purchased from sleep country ( at this store). When I originally bought the mattress they suggested I purchase the additional warranty with it which I did. Now 2 years later the mattress is falling apart and it needs to be replaced according to warranty guildelines. When I went to the store to pick out my new mattress - once it was determined that I was "just a warranty replacement" aka not an actual sale I was "passed" off to someone else and very little assistance was given in selecting my new mattress. This combined with other issues with sleep country customer service has made the decision very easy to NEVER EVER purchase from this company again. "Why buy a mattress anywhere else?" Hopfully to get much better products and customer service - that's why!
