This store is useless. We went in looking for a freezer. No signage, no prices, no service—no sale!! I logged onto the Lowes website to get information on the products, but see “ Ask in store for best price”. Yeah right. Almost no staff—the ones who are there don’t approach customers, busy chatting with each other. We went from freezers, to water heaters, to water softeners, to paint & flooring. Couldn't find anyone to give assistance, left empty handed. Such a shame, used to love Lowes.
