Reserved 2 rides, for Meeting,First arrived early so had to walk around in the Cold weather,,, then an hour later when i reserved Pick up, Driver was LATE so had to stand and wait in the Cold again, Called Dispatch and told they where all Busy,,,,,,,, well thats why i RESERVED a Checker in the First Place

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.Dont ever take a checker. They said they would send a checker in 15 minutes. It was 40 minutes when I called for the second time to hear that NOT ONE CAR HAD BEEN SENT TO ME. I asked to speak to a manager and got hung up on. The rudest phone agents I have ever spoken to. Please do not waste your time with this company. I was loyal to them for a the three years I've been in London. But this was the experience that ruined it.
