First time that we booked, Martha was excellent. After that, not sure what happened she seemed defensive and ready to take offence at ANY comment, even though not directed at her but just explaining my dog���s behaviour. Language miscommunication maybe? Not sure. She even seemed a little mad at my dog for trembling because she was afraid. I regret having recommended her to several friends.
Marta groomed our two dogs for a couple of years, she came to our home last April where she groomed one dog then took the second dog to be groomed. A few minutes later she knocked on our door, handed me my dog and said she had to go. That’s the last we’ve seen or heard from her. Several messages went unanswered.
Marta has groomed two of our dogs and is wonderful to work with. It is very obvious she loves what she does. She is extremely patient and even makes the extra effort to include our children when she is here and invites them to watch. I would recommend Marta to any pet owner.
Marta does a great job with our little dog. Bella is more relaxed going with her to the end of the driveway to get groomed and she always looks awesome! The convenience is an added bonus!
I emailed to see if I can get an appointment - asked if any Saturdays were available and her reply was there was no Saturdays for the rest of the year and she is not taking new clients in December. (It's October right now)...no other options for availability - nothing! Terrible customer service to a potential new client and her 2 dogs!
