This lady is not professional at all! I called her about a month in advance of needing her services, and she told me she would call me back in a week. I never heard anything again from her, but she showed up at my house when we were away with a locksmith ready to break into my house!!! Thank goodness my neighbour knew what plans I had made for my cat, and that one of my other neighbours is a police officer. The officer had to calm her down and tell her she was not allowed to break into my home, even the locksmith was horrified!
