Excellent library and awesome collection. Free wifi, neat cafeteria and cozy reading space. They have meeting rooms too for privacy. And the best part is, it's free. Even you can rent DVD's for free. What else one can ask more?

I asked if there was a courtesy phone or payphone in this state of the art building and the staff directed me to go next door to the police station. It is 2016 and they cannot provide a landline???
