Discount Store - Discounted Manners
Customer service during thw buting process was mediocre... it is a discount store, I suppose... but THEIR DELIVERY POLICY IS THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN!!! They will only deliver within a 15km radius from the store for items at their location (i.e. clearance, floor model, etc.) On a separate occasion, I called to arrange delivery by a company & expressed my frustration. He told me, "it's just furniture and if that's my biggest problem, then it's not that big of a deal. No reason to be mad." Wow!
