there 10/15/20 at 10:30. Paid $10 deposit. Returned in 15 min. after dropping off letter and found attendant gone. No note, not around. Waited 10 more minutes and still no attendant. Understand has to use facilities but what a scam. $10 for 15 minutes. Should make machine available for use to avoid this.
