Pipes have backed up up several times. Still missing handles on some of the closets. The walls have huge cracks in them. There are roaches. The outside of the property is littered with cigarette butts everywhere. Spills or broken glass in the halls often take more than a day to get cleaned up. Heat is blasted even when it is warm outside. Not enough recycling bins. Upstairs neighbours make noise at 2am and managers dont care.
