The staff here are terrible. Concierge are rude & unhelpful. The tall skinny guy was working he decided to help the postal office guy FIRST. I wasn't going to wait ten minutes for the postal guy to unload his boxes so I asked if he could help me.He stared at me until I repeated myself. Then when I asked them to call a cab for me, it took them a minute before they reacted...again. Train your staff to do their jobs: be polite, the customer/client comes first; they're the priority. Basic stuff.
