I attended the location in person to book a car rental The agent set it all up quickly and advised me that I would be picked up at the specified location and that it was all set to go. Needless to say when the day I needed the rental came I waited at the specified location at the prearranged time. When they didn’t show up I called the dundas location. Spoke to another employee who advised that it didn’t work that way but that he’d send the shuttle to my location where Im Still waiting
