Best professional orthotics I have ever had made. I have had a lot of professionally sourced orthotics over the years and always found them too hard and thus a waste of money. Mr Chartier took the time to assess my gait .leg alignment and examine my foot. He actually makes the orthotics in his lab. They felt comfortable right away and have eliminated the previous shin splints with a corrected foot alignment. Highly Recommend!!!!

Recently purchased orthotic inserts from Thomas Chartier (via The Foot Mechanics) and was over the moon impressed by the office lady who handles the billing etc. She knew exactly what each benefit company required and provided separate (labelled) packages for my Husband and I for each provider and coordination of benefits. Anyone who has submitted for orthotics knows that its never simple and she made it so it was! Thank you.
