The company is placed on the Government of Ontario’s Consumer Beware List... The filters that the company installed do not provide water quality as advertised. Even dealing with the owner of the company is painful. He cannot install a filter properly in the first place. You will need to call him dozens of times to fix any of your many problems. He will not return your calls and emails for months (four months in my case). Finally, you will be told that your warranty period expired.
