Based on our experience with Kodiak Construction, I would caution anyone who is contemplating working with this company. The project was started late and consistently delayed, they came in significantly over budget and they installed and buried a water line with a large cut in it, which caused issues with our water. We had to get another plumber to fix it and Kodiak has ignored requests to provide reimbursement for the repair costs that are directly related to their poor-quality installation.

I had the pleasure of working with Bernie at Kodiak Construction on my recent cottage build. He was awesome. Helped me through the whole process from meeting with the designers to make sure the ideas I had were practical and cost effective from a building perspective to site visits and layouts ...right down to final inspection...everything is more than I dreamed
