stressful experances
lack of variety of products, was good for lottos or smokes but I , had been loyal customer till an incident of misunderstanding....and recently thought well its 2 min away ill try to go back after a year of walking over 1km to go elsewhere and after 3 visits in 3 days there was another problem where ill walk the km for a stress-less experance
