Swiss Chalet invites you to their dining room. This eatery cooks chicken for 11$ to 25$. They are easily accessible by car. The surrounding location is notable for its merchants.
Each week , I either bring dinner to my elderly father or take him out. In April (shame on me for not voicing concerns earlier), I dropped into the Burlington Fairview location to order take out. It took 45 minutes to process my order and when I finally got to my Dads with the chicken , ribs and fries, the food was unimpressive......not a tasty meal and an overall poor dining experience. Sorry to be tardy in sharing this but each time I hear a Swiss Chalet ad, I have memories of this poor meal
This is the worse Swiss Chalet I have ever been in. Small small portions. The chicken was served and the fries followed 15 min later. The waiter had attitude. The atmosphere is the worse Ive ever encountered.... dark, dingy, no colour anywhere, bare tables with not even a paper placemat. Never go there again.
This is by far the worst ever Swiss Chalet in Burlington.....compared to other locations, the portions are miniature. This franchisee must order mini quarters as I have never seen such small portions in any Swiss Chalet that Ive been to. The one on Brant is significantly better in all respects.
Great commercials, good chicken & fries but that's where it ends
Servers are unionized so thier over the top rudeness can't be controlled. Manager told us that.
Ribs are BOILED. Yuk, terrible, awful, sent them back
Will go to another location but never this one again
