Grant just left our home after helping us with a problem we were having with our furnace. Great service-he immediately spotted the problem and solved it. Up beat enthusiastic guy. Came to our home within a couple of hours of our call. Our high efficiency furnace is very complicated and the staff of Creature Comfort have done a great job of educating us on how it works. We have no reservations about recommend them to others.
