Booked with party centre 4 months before our wedding with a deposit of $500. Called numerous times to confirm booking and they always had trouble finding it. 3 days before the wedding, I call to confirm again and suddenly they don't even remember us ordering anything then give us a story about how our tent was destroyed and they do not have one for us. Long story short, they never call back, they didn't have what was ordered and now I find they charged my credit card for the full rental totally forgetting we left a deposit. The truck driver also said they overbooked because of some big GM event (not because the tent was destroyed). Please do not use this company. Perhaps not every rental goes like mine, but its not worth the risk with something like a wedding. I never heard one apology from them so I'm guessing this happens often.
