What a "professional way of doing business". If you wanted to help or deal with this issue in a professional manner, you would reply to my messages and listen to my concern instead of ignoring and then cursing at me. You take advantage of individuals situations and keep their money. You can easily refund the money. When I had asked for a receipt you also didn't give one. If classes haven't resumed, then why are students still coming to the academy.
Absolutely horrible customer service and absolutely horrible service in general. They ruined my eye brows not once but twice. I shouldnt have gone here again after the first time they ruined my eyebrows. Never ever going here again.
Laura is the teacher at the Torbram location. She is an amazing, dedicated, friendly and knowledgeable lady. I have been a client at this location for over 3 years. The service is just great. I have referred by neighbour to this location. My teenage daughter just loves it here because of Laura and the really nice and warm students. The price charged for the service is just fantastic... I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!!!!
