I would comment on their customer service, but I didn’t receive any. Once payment was received I was on my own. Spa arrived damaged, and the part the repair tech brought to the service call was also broken. It was never replaced which led to a second failure that was again not fixed under warranty (I had to fix it myself). Warranty ended barely a week ago and now the primary water pump needs a bearing. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They are great until they get your money, then you don’t exist.

They should go over the contract better with their customers. it wasn't made clear to me what my responsibility was in preparing the site for our pool. They rush you to sign the contract without giving you a minute to read it. When I asked about installation Vince told me they provide the aggregate. I did not see on the contract till later that my responsibility was to have the site prepared to within 1/2" of level. Trying to get information from them was a nightmare. Poor customer service.

i have been looking to purchase a hottub for this approaching cold winter. I found the staff to be oustanding with their knowledge and courtesy towards the product they are selling and my needs. just have to say i feel very confident about the product which i will be purchasing for our very cold winter coming up in 2015/2016

September 20, 2015 Excellent customer service from start to finish. Vince & Lori from internationals pools Barrie location gave us a dream come true with our first pool. They resolved all obsticals we encountered and any issues we had they took care of it without any worries. They make you feel like family entering the store in Barrie and are always are there to help you with questions or troubles I had. I'd highly recommend buying a poll from them. Armando DiManno
