I have found Carmen's Maid Service to be professional and honest. After using them for the last six months I would highly recommend them to anyone. This company is amazing and it's new owners are refreshing, they have given my wife and I top quality service.
I previously used Carmen's Maid service for the past 3 years, however, recently in Jan 2016 they changed owner's and since then the service has gone down hill. The cleaning was not has efficient and well done as before and they were wanting to change the time or date constantly. Therefore, I have decided to switch to another company that is more respectful of their clients and appreciative. It is disappointing that this business is struggling due to a new owner.
