2021 Hired Polar Pools from Ancaster. Paid deposit months before start date. Start date pushed back due to other jobs they had taken on. Approx. 2 months late starting. Once started everything seemed fine. Paid an additional $68,000 at mid stage. 2 days later pool was cracking after concrete poured. Polar Pool has maintained that it’s our “poor soil” and that they build all pools the same. In my opinion, Poor communication, empty promises, poor construction sense. You decide. Buyer Beware.
