Rude clients service agent. after 6 months of using my platinum credit card. they decided to put a hold and asking me to send my tax files and picture ids to them in order to release the hold. I was in Montreal for a family trip and paid the hotel prepaid via amex and i had to cancel the whole trip and paid again with an expensive rate (you probably guessed the last minute reservation to any of the premium hotels). told him i have been spending over 6 months and paying on time. no REPLY
