Athough Rob seems friendly to talk with, his customer service is abysmal. He stood my project up twice and never got back to me without me contacting him first. The last time he was to come to my home, I gave up a beautiful Sunday to sit home and wait for him. There is more to this story but suffice it to say, I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere
