We stopped doing business with Oultons last year as weve had issues with the company from top to bottom. Last week, an independent burner tech came in to service our furnace & told us that Oultons had installed an UNUSUALLY LARGE valve on the furnace - burning more fuel than is necessary. That is great for the oil co. and bad for the home owner. Thanks Oultons - class act all the way. We know we made the right choice in switching to another oil company. Shameful, greedy tactic.
