    I would like to thank all those involved at Eastern Fence who helped in the installation of a fantastic fence. Rodney in the sales section was extremely patient while listening to my concerns and addressing them. Bruce, estimator, was quick to respond and answer all of my questions. Matt took the time to make sure the installation was done correctly. Also, Matt and his two hard working crew members took great pride in doing the job well, which was clearly seen in the excellent workmanship.

    Terrible service from this business. Called multiple times to finally get someone for a site visit, the sales representative was very rude and not respectful. After researching with my friends they also said they had the same issue and some had fences installed by them a year ago which already had significant damage. I went to another fencing company which installed my fence perfectly and they had excellent service.

We teach our representatives to treat every customer with the same level of respect, professionalism and courtesy that we would expect to receive ourselves. I apologize that in your case we were unable to provide the experience we typically offer our customers. Please have your friend contact us directly if they wish to discuss what their warranty may be on their fence.
