I've never in my life been so disappointed in a place. Worst I've seen. They take your points but still charge you for whatever you should be getting with those points. Yesterday Aug.20/2021, they took my points and also charged me for a coffee. It's been recorded on my history. They are rude, can't get your order right or tell you they no longer sell items. Most times can't understand you or you them. I rate them as terrible, terrible, terrible. Something should be seen to there.
