I am beyond disgusted with the lack of customer service I received from Valley Burner Svc The oil tank at my rental unit ran dry of oil so my furnace needed to be primed. There was a H. E. Armstrong Mechanical sticker on my unit so I decided to call them. About two weeks later I receive a bill in the mail for $484.44. Apparently they not only did they need to prime my furnace, but they needed to install by one, but two control boxes to make the unit work. When I asked for some explanation t
