Horrible customer service, we have called several times to have furnace repair done. We were told the boss would call us back many times. It’s been 2 months and we have not received one phone call from him. Should at least have the decency to call and let us know you don’t want to work.
I have used them several times to replace my water heater and the guys have always been polite, professional and fast.
Horrible customer service. Got a call from someone 3 years later saying we owed them money . No call before this ( same number) , no letters ( mail forwardin) It was a call for a military house and military housing agency pays for stuff stuff to be done to the houses. They were extremely rude and so unprofessional. We told them to call Military housing and they will pay for this no problem but nope she stated “ that we are rude people who don’t pay bills and it’ll be sent to collections”
